McDry ultra-low-humidity storage cabinets are recognised as an alternative to the existing N2 gas method, and under the new IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C standard (US Joint Electron Device Engineering Council), a new lower humidity 5% RH management standard has been set in addition to the existing standard for 10% RH humidity control using storage cabinets.
